3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All quotes are provided for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. An order is considered accepted only upon confirmation by MK Smart Safe & Lock.

MK Smart Safe & Lock reserves the right to adjust pricing or product specifications prior to shipment. Customers agree to pay all prices listed on the order or invoice, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees.

Customers with approved credit accounts must comply with their assigned payment terms. All other orders require payment prior to processing or shipment. Past-due balances may incur late fees, finance charges, or collection costs at MK Smart Safe & Lock’s discretion.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Products will be shipped using the most appropriate carrier or method unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges will be added unless specified otherwise.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the carrier, even if freight charges are prepaid by MK Smart Safe & Lock. MK Smart Safe & Lock is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers or customer-requested shipping instructions.

5. Returns, Claims & Cancellations

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within a reasonable time of receipt. Original packaging and documentation must be retained for inspection.

Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns resulting from customer error may not be accepted. Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable unless defective due to manufacturing issues.

6. Product Use & Warranty Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use. Unless expressly stated in writing, MK Smart Safe & Lock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or regulatory compliance for specific applications.
