1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered. To qualify for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable. Items purchased under bulk discounts may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Clearance or promotional sale products are not eligible for returns.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team at mksmartsafenlock@gmail.com with your order number, a description and photo of the issue, and your contact information. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by us.

4. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference. Refunds are processed via bank transfer and are typically completed within 7–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, please follow the return process above.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
